Turkey Wings with Potato

Ingredients:

(for 3 people)
* 6 Turkey Wings
* 3 medium potatoes
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* Salt and ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1 teaspoon glass of rosé wine or quantity to taste
* 1/2 lemon yellow juice (juice)
* 2 bay leaves * Olive oil

Process:

1. We’ll put the turkey wings in a baking dish, season to taste.

2. Cut the potatoes in 4 parts lengthwise and incorporate them with the wings, then add the bay leaves, the paprika and finally put in the mortar the garlic with a little salt to mash and get a paste.

3. Then we grind a little the dried herbs to release the aroma, pour the lemon juice and the wine, stir everything and pour it over the wings, like the chicken stock.

4. To finish add a little olive oil on top, the amount to taste, I put about 2 tablespoons. We take it to the preheated oven with the function up and down at 200ºC for 30 minutes.

5. Then 40 minutes at 180 degrees and finally we give the grill function for 10 minutes to brown a little and get a delicious crunch both the wings and the potatoes.
