  • 150ml of cream (cream of milk)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200g of cured cheese
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 100ml of cooking stock salt and pepper oil

HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI TO CREAM CHEESE:

1. We cook plenty of water in a large pot. When it comes to boiling, we pour a good handful of salt, so that the spaghetti will be tasty afterward, We introduce them and stir them very occasionally.

2. Especially at the beginning of cooking, so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot
3. Once they are “al dente”, after about 10 minutes, we drain the spaghetti from the water, having reserved a couple of ladles from the cooking broth.

4. We prepare the cheese sauce. In a large skillet, we heat a splash of oil on high heat. Then add the garlic, well chopped, and let cook until browned

5. Add the cream and cheese and let cook for a couple more minutes, over more moderate heat.

6. Stir with a tablespoon constantly

7. Then add here the spaghetti, the broth of the cooking, a handful of chopped parsley and stir again, leaving to cook on low heat for a couple more minutes. Let the spaghetti permeate and absorb well the flavor of the salsa

8. Then add here the spaghetti, the broth of the cooking, a handful of chopped parsley and stir again, leaving to cook on low heat for a couple more minutes. Let the spaghetti permeate and absorb well the flavor of the salsa
