Mango Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lettuce (150 g).
  • Salt (to your taste).
  • 1 ripe mango.
  • 1 head onion (150 g).
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (15 g).
  • One tablespoon of mayonnaise (15 g).
  • A spoonful of sugar (10 g).
  • 1 tablespoon milk cream (20 g).


Preparation:


Chop the mango into cubes.
Cut the onion and lettuce into juliennes.
Mix in a bowl the sugar, salt, vinegar, mayonnaise and cream of milk to obtain a delicious vinaigrette.
