MAKE YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM STRONG WITH THIS GREEN SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 handfuls of kale or spinach (60 g)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 leek cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (60 g)
  • 2 pieces fresh ginger (about 2 cm or 1 inch)*
  • 1/2 broccoli head cut without stem (180 g)
  • 1 can coconut milk (400 ml or 14 oz)
  • 3 cups water or vegetable stock (750 ml)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder**
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of nutritional yeast or brewer’s yeast
  • The juice of half a lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We put all the ingredients in a pot except yeast and lemon juice and cook over high heat until it boils.
  2. We went down to medium-high heat and cooked for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat in a glass blender along with the yeast and lemon juice until all ingredients are perfectly integrated.
  4. We serve the soup in a bowl and decorate it as we like. We pour pumpkin seeds, chia, and laminated almonds.
  5. Normally when we make this recipe, we cook macaroni following the instructions of the package and throw it into the soup, so it is a more forceful, satiating and complete dish.
