How to prepare Moroccan Tajine

Ingredients:

4 servings

1 piece chicken

3 small potatoe

1 large carrot

1 medium onion

1 Italian pepper in strips

1 garlic clove

Olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

1 tomato

1 handful pitted olives

1 confit lemon

Instructions:

Break onion in slices and put it on the bottom of the tajine along with garlic, also sliced, previously covered with oil.

Rehogar the onion and garlic and when golden add the chicken and rehogar until a little golden.

Dissolve the spices in a glass of water and add half a glass to the meat and the refrito.

Close the lid. Once it boils, place the previously cut vegetables.

Add over the vegetables, the rest of the water and put on a low heat. Close the lid off.
When almost cooked, add the tomato and olives along with half a lemon (if desired) and give the last touch of cooking. Leave until you run out of water.
