250 g fettuccini type pasta
1 cup of the whole cream
1 cup of butter
20 g grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves of crushed garlic
Salt and pepper
1/2 chopped onion
100 g clean and peeled shrimp
- In a pot heat up some salted water, when it starts to boil add the fettuccini and let cook until the pasta is al dente. Reserve.
- Separate in a saucepan over medium heat pour cream 1/2 cup butter when the butter is melted, add the Parmesan cheese, 1 clove of garlic, pepper salt and mix until the cheeses are melted and have a slightly thick consistency. Get out of the fire.
- Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan, add the onion and sauté, stirring constantly for 2 minutes, add the rest of the garlic and shrimp. Cook over medium heat until shrimp are pink.
- Mix the pasta with the Alfredo sauce, serve and add the shrimp.
