Chicken with Mexican salsa and jalapeno peppers


  • 1 chicken
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 branches of cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper.


  1. Put the tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, oregano, vinegar, salt and pepper in a blender glass to taste. Add a glass of water and beat well.
  2. We put this salsa in a saucepan, with a few tablespoons of oil. We add the chicken clean and chopped and the chilies in pieces. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. We put the stew on a baking sheet and leave it at 180ยบ for 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
  4. We rectify salt and pepper and serve.
