Banana, strawberry and orange smoothie

The combination of banana and strawberry is one of the most used for yogurt smoothies as it is always delicious.

To ours, we will add orange to give it a surprising citrus touch. It should be noted that the quantities of each fruit may depend on the taste of each. For ours, we can use a banana, 5 strawberries, the juice of 1 orange, the natural yogurt that will give the creamy touch of the smoothie, the glass of milk and a tablespoon of sugar.

Just cut the strawberries and the banana-like in the previous two recipes, mix everything in the blender and enjoy!
