Baked Eggs With Avocados

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley

This Dinner is rich in protein and very fast to make. With only three ingredients, we have a very apparent dinner. Although it is true that the egg yolk (the part that we will use in this recipe) is rich in cholesterol, several studies have shown that we do not absorb a quarter of that cholesterol and therefore has a minimal effect on the blood. In addition, avocados increase against HDL, better known as “good cholesterol”.
