American Style Fried Chicken Recipe


  • 10 pieces of chicken (thigh, wings, breast)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups whole liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ground garlic powder

  • Abundant vegetable oil for frying

How to prepare American style fried chicken:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a hand rod.

  6. When the oil is hot, pass each piece through the egg-milk mixture. Then, pass through the flour mixture with your herbs. Repeat this procedure twice more, so that the flour layer thickens
  7. Fry chicken until well cooked, crispy and golden on all sides.
  8. Remove with the aid of a skimmer. Drain the oil onto a paper towel.
