Perfect for those who want to follow a longer diet balanced without giving up on bringing something tasty to the table, i muffins without butter are also quick and easy to prepare and you can stuff to taste, both with chocolate and with marmalade if you prefer sweets, which with Ham and cheese (and all other ingredients to taste) for the savory version.
Muffins without butter: the recipe
150 g of low-fat white yogurt
2 eggs (about 2 medium, at room temperature) 110 g
100 g of granulated sugar
200 g of flour 00
1 sachet of baking powder
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil or sunflower seeds
zest of an orange to taste
powdered sugar to taste
To prepare the muffins without butter start by mixing the flour with the yeast in a large bowl and add it caster sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the yogurt and then pour the mixture into the dough with the Flour and sugar, add the zest of an orange, extra virgin olive oil and e stir vigorously until you get a homogeneous compound and without lumps.
With the mixture obtained, carefully fill the stencils from muffins or cups with the typical shape of this treat, leaving at least 1 cm from the edge (two tablespoons of dough should be enough for each muffin) and turn on the oven at 180 °. Bake the cakes for about 20 minutes and then leave them cool down. Before serving, sprinkle the muffins without butter with icing sugar.
