Juniper, pepper and herbs are perfumes widely used in cooking, marinades and seasonings of meats. This powder, refreshed with lemon zest, is particularly suitable for roast beef and warm cut steaks
- 500 g sliced roast beef
- 150 coarse whole salt
- Juniper berries
- black pepper
- Lemon peel
- Extra virgin olive oil
Blend 150 g of coarse whole salt with 1 tablespoon of juniper berries, 5-6 black peppercorns, the leaves of 1 sprig of thyme and the needles of 2 sprigs of rosemary. Once the powder is obtained, add the grated zest of 1 lemon.
Season the roast beef with a drizzle of oil and the aromatic powder.
