Roast beef recipe with rosemary, juniper and black pepper powder

Juniper, pepper and herbs are perfumes widely used in cooking, marinades and seasonings of meats. This powder, refreshed with lemon zest, is particularly suitable for roast beef and warm cut steaks

  • 500 g sliced ​​roast beef
  • 150 coarse whole salt
  • Juniper berries
  • black pepper
  • thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Lemon peel
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Blend 150 g of coarse whole salt with 1 tablespoon of juniper berries, 5-6 black peppercorns, the leaves of 1 sprig of thyme and the needles of 2 sprigs of rosemary. Once the powder is obtained, add the grated zest of 1 lemon.
