Red Velvet Crepes Cake


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs.
  • 300 ml. of milk.
  • 20 gr. of sugar.
  • 130 gr. of flour.
  • 1 tsp. of red dye.
  • La Masia Classic Oil.
  • 400 ml. of whipping cream.
  • 200 gr. of cream cheese.
  • 4 cups. of sugar.
  • 2 tsp. vanilla essence.


Step 1

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, add 300 ml. of milk, 20 gr. of sugar, 130 gr. flour and red dye (until we get the desired color). Mix well. Brush well a non-stick pan with La Masia Classic Oil. When the oil is very hot, add 1 saucepan of the dough and spread it well over the bottom. When the dough starts to bubble, we turn it around with a tongue or spatula and make it on the other side.

Step 2 In a bowl, beat with a few sticks 400 ml. of cream to assemble very cold. When the cream begins to assemble, add 4 CDs. of sugar, 2 tbsp. of vanilla essence and 200 gr. of cream cheese. Continue beating until whipping cream.

Step 3 On a plate, place a pancake. On top, spread whipped cream. Repeat until 20 layers. Repeat We decorate as we like: with fruits, toppings of colors…!
