- 1 pizza dough
- 2 mozzarella balls
- 200g chorizo
- 30g butter
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 box tomato puree
STEP 1 Preheat the oven to 215°C.
STEP 2 Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped onions.
STEP 3 Season with salt and pepper and add the garlic powder, oregano and sugar. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
STEP 4 Add the tomato puree, stir and simmer for a few more minutes.
STEP 5 Top a pie pan with pizza dough. Top with sliced mozzarella.
STEP 6 Arrange the cut chorizo over the mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.
STEP 7 Bake for 25 minutes.
STEP 8 Sprinkle the pizza with parmesan powder and taste.
