- 1 small broccoli.
- Two breasts of chicken.
- 200 ml. cream for cooking.
- 100 gr. of cream cheese.
- Grated cheese.
- Oil La Masia.
Put 10-15 minutes 1 small broccoli in salted water and reserve. Meanwhile, in a skillet with La Masía Oil we golden 2 peppered chicken breasts.
We reserve and finish making them with the salsa.
the same oil where we have cooked the chicken add 100 gr. of cream cheese and 200 ml. cream to cook. We cook everything until the cream cheese melts. Then we add a handful of grated cheese and continue cooking until we get a sauce.
We add diced chicken and broccoli. We cook everything until the chicken is done and serve.
